Organizational Structure
HE-TIEN is structured into two main divisions: the Administrative Center and the Factory Center. The Administrative Center oversees all administrative departments, ensuring smooth operations across various functions such as finance, human resources, and customer relations. This center is key to maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of internal processes that support our broader business objectives.
The Factory Center, on the other hand, is the heart of our production capabilities. It handles all material inbound and outbound shipments, meticulously managing the logistics to ensure timely delivery and optimal inventory levels. Additionally, this center is responsible for the manufacturing side of the factory, where precision and quality are paramount. Here, skilled workers and advanced machinery work in tandem to produce high-quality stainless steel products that meet the stringent requirements of our clients.
The Sales Department at HE-TIEN is pivotal in driving the company’s revenue streams and is strategically split into the Domestic Sales Division and the Export Sales Division. The Domestic Sales Division effectively caters to regional markets from north to south, ensuring a tailored approach for each locale. Additionally, the Business Assistant Department supports the sales team by organizing, filing, and tracking documents, as well as ensuring timely communications with customers, which is crucial for maintaining excellent customer relationships.
The Procurement Department is essential for the seamless operation of production. It not only handles the purchasing of necessary materials based on detailed internal requirements but also manages the minimum inventory levels of commonly used items to prevent production delays.
In financial management, HE-TIEN is meticulous. The Finance Department oversees budget management, fundraising, and financial reporting, ensuring the company's financial health and compliance with investment goals. Concurrently, the Accounting Department is diligently recording transactions, preparing books, producing financial statements, and handling tax filings, which are fundamental for strategic planning and regulatory compliance.
The Human Resources Department is the backbone of the organization, handling critical functions such as employee data management, attendance tracking, labor and health insurance matters, and salary distribution. This department ensures that employee welfare and administrative compliance are up to standard.
Production management is specialized and divided among three divisions: Leveling, Slitting, and Shearing, each dedicated to specific types of processing equipment and techniques. This specialization allows for heightened efficiency and expertise in handling different manufacturing processes.
Quality assurance is paramount at HE-TIEN. The Quality Assurance Department rigorously conducts inspections during material processing and ensures that all products meet or exceed customer specifications and quality requirements.
The Transportation Department ensures that finished products are delivered efficiently and on schedule by managing vehicle arrangements and logistics, which is crucial for customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Lastly, the Inventory Management Department plays a critical role in overseeing and auditing all stainless steel inventory. It is organized into the Coil Division, Plate Division, and Strip Division, each focused on different product forms to optimize tracking and management of resources.
