We are equipped with various specifications of steel coil leveling machines and steel coil slitting machines, which allow us to quickly and accurately process various types of customized orders and ensure that the products we provide to customers meet their required sizes. The followings are our processing equipment and processing capabilities:
2000mm Steel Coil Leveling / Cut-To-Length Line (Plate) : processing thickness range of 4.0mm to 16.0mm. It has a maximum width of 2000mm, and a length range of 500mm to 7000mm.
1600mm Steel Coil Leveling / Cut-To-Length Line : processing thickness range of 0.3mm to 3.0mm, a maximum width 1600mm, the length range of 200mm to 6100mm, and coil inner diameter 508mm / 610mm. The machine is equipped with the latest 6-hi leveling roll technology, ensuring the production of the flattest stainless steel materials. Additionally, it features double collecting areas, which enhances production efficiency.
1300mm Steel Coil Leveling / Cut-To-Length Line : processing thickness range of 0.3mm to 3.0mm, a maximum width 1300mm, a length range of 200mm to 6100mm, and a coil inner diameter of 508mm / 610mm.
800mm Steel Coil Leveling / Cut-To-Length Line : processing thickness range of 0.3mm to 3.0mm, a maximum width 800mm, a length range of 200mm to 4000mm, and a coil inner diameter of 300mm / 500mm.
400mm Steel Coil Slitting Line : processing thickness range of 0.3mm to 3.0mm, with a maximum width 400mm, and coil inner diameter 300mm / 500mm.
650mm Steel Coil Slitting Line : processing thickness range of 0.3mm to 2.0mm, with a maximum width 650mm, coil inner diameter 300mm / 500mm.
1600mm Steel Coil Slitting Line : processing thickness range of 0.3mm to 3.0mm, a maximum width of 1600mm, and coil inner diameters of 508mm / 610mm.
Automatic Hydraulic Shearing Machine : thickness range of 0.3mm to 4.0mm and a maximum width of 1700mm.
